Current layout/site engine - Ideas and suggestions

What do you think about current layout? It should be changed (cause it's a lil old

)? I have some ideas how to refresh site and my change list is below:
- New site engine (from PHP-Fusion to PHP-Fusion Extreme Pack). EP is more useful.
- New layout ofc. IMHO this is still beutyful, but I think peoples are bored

Please comment my ideasa and post your suggestions.
